Autumn session 2025

Our choir rehearsals started on Monday 8th September 2025.

Rehearsals begin at 7.15 pm and finish at 9.00 pm (with a short break in the middle).

This session, we are singing a selection of Christmas carols including Vaughan Williams’ ‘Fantasia on Christmas Carols’, Cornelius’ ‘Three Kings from Persian Lands Afar’ and Telemann’s ‘Der Jüngste Tag wird bald sein Ziel’ – plus a lovely selection of carols.

Our Christmas concert will take place on Monday 8th December 2025 at Merchiston Castle School.

Rehearsals take place in the Memorial Hall, Merchiston Castle School. Please contact secretary@colintonchoir.org for further information about joining the Colinton & Merchiston Choir. Please enter from the car park on the right hand side of the main school building. New members are welcome and we look forward to seeing you!
